- Graduate Marine Engineering is a 1-year course started by Coimbatore Marine College. This course has been given a CIP Ranking: Grade A1 (Outstanding) by the Indian Register of Shipping. The Graduate Marine Engineering Course is a one-year residential program. The cadets undergo theoretical classes with a demonstration in well-equipped laboratories and six months (Ship in Campus) training. Apart from the regular curriculum, the cadets are trained in our Ship in Campus to monitor normal operations of the main engine, including all the auxiliary machinery and the capability to troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repair and maintenance.
